Application Process and Forms

AS OF FEBRUARY, 2011, SUDDENLY, DUE TO  RECENT PULL OUT OF TWO OF THE ACCEPTED CHOIRS (the reality of financial issues!) CSICF has an opening for a Children’s Choir (SSA) or a Youth Choir (SATB).   Space is available for up to 40.  Preferential = SATB Youth…or TTBB Youth.

Should your choir wish to apply at this late date…..ie.  February 2011…..please skip the Expression of Interest Form and the Application Form, and contact the Festival office at:  1.604.916.5973.  or send email to info@coastalsoundfestival.com

Please provide the following information:

1. Choir Name &  contact information
2.  Type of choir (SSA or SATB)
3.  Number of choir members
4.  Brief choir biography
5.  Brief conductor biography
6.  2 recent recording in an mp3 format
7.  Sample concert repertoire
8.  Image of the choir

Access the 2011: Application Form here.  February 2011 “sudden applications” – please ignore the form, and simply provide the above information.  We must receive this information by March 15th, along with the required deposits.  Please call  for clarification if needed.

If you have interest in our 2013 Festival (July 4-9, 2013), you can complete a 2013: Expression of Interest Form at this time.
